2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed through our online system or direct communication channels.

• Full payment may be required at the time of booking or prior to service delivery.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or secure payment links.

• Pricing is subject to change based on distance, vehicle type, and timing.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a partial or full charge.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

4. Service Terms

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who demonstrates abusive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring their party complies with safety protocols, including the use of seatbelts and child restraints when applicable.

• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
